At the June reguler meetings, a petition was submited by 61 people most of whom are not Abiko citizens. They liked to request hanging Hinomaru with a city flag in our assebly meeting halls not only in Chiba but all prefectures. It might be a kind of movement to show their imperial sentiment.
When I looked up three flags at the front of City Hall, most of them got torn at their corner. Why they requested such flags be in not only at the front of the hall but also in the meeting hall. They don't seem to care of feeling of odinary people. They want to focus on their movement, that's all, don't they?
Today, I saw another group(Peace Cycle) coming at our city hall by their bycyles from Okinawa. However, no one might not recognize our flags has torn.
